Mid-sized businesses already consolidated in their segment, with a solid customer base.

Who we are
We are an investment firm focused on acquiring and growing a medium-sized company in Brazil. Our LPs include some of the most respected Search Funds and Private Equity investors in Latin America and our team is supported by experienced executives and business leaders both in Brazil and abroad.
Managing Partner
CAIO NASCIMBENI
Caio holds a degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo and an MBA with Distinction from London Business School. Prior to his role at Atlante Capital, he was part of the Private Equity team at Oria Capital and also founder and CEO of his own business, a wine e-commerce startup. He began his career in the M&A team of PwC Brazil.
